About The Owner

Andrew Ness, owner and real estate agent, is the founder of Moncayo Investments in Denton, TX. Moncayo Investments was founded in the fall of 2005 and works in conjunction with the brokerage Lane Real Estate. A former teacher and baseball player Andrew spent three wonderful years in Denton, Texas teaching sixth grade science and coaching high school baseball. Before his teaching experience he played professional baseball in the Central Professional Baseball League and the Texas Louisiana League.

Andrew Ness attended the University of Texas-Pan American on a baseball scholarship where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Prior to attending UTPA he also attended Navarro College also on a baseball scholarship.  He is currently attending the University of North Texas for his MBA.
